I don't think anyone understands me.

When I can't believe through my nose, I start to get uncomfortable and my ears plug up.

Then I feel insecure and start scratching all over, then I start to freak out, and have a anxiety attack.

So about five minutes ago, I am freaking out because I can't breath and I ask my Mom to go get me medicine to clear my sinuses and she goes upstairs while I'm downstairs, blanking out. And a couple minutes goes by, so I go upstairs and she's using the bathroom not getting the medicine...I don't get it.
