Last night, I met the Special Education teacher's husband and when I introduced myself, (after him already knowing me from stories from his wife.) He started to tear up and shed a few tears. He was so happy that a student does what I do. I have never made someone so happy to cry. I have never been so proud to sit in between special ed. students at the biggest sporting event in Monroe, Connecticut. I am not ashamed to be with these kids, I am not embarrassed to say Hi to them in the halls, I will stand up for these boys and girls if my life is on the line. Thank you Mr. I for showing me what really matters in my life. These kids are the only reason I don't skip classes, starve myself, put myself down, or threaten my life. They make me feel special they don't care if I have a big nose, pimples, no make-up, or any other blemish. They will always be my friends. Thank you God, you have blessed me and gave me a talent that I am proud of, and will share with everyone I meet.
